Your guests’ documents
Guests upload them from their phone. On arrival you can check live that the person in front of you is the one who booked. Italy’s Council of State opened the door to this in 2025, with ruling 9101; you choose how to meet your property’s duties.

The filing goes out with your own credentials, and you see straight away whether it arrived. For regional statistics you get the file ready to upload.
The CIN
Italy’s national identification code sits in the property sheet. While it is missing the listing stays down, so you run no risk of a fine; as soon as it is there, it shows on the storefront as the law requires.
The tourist tax
It is worked out on the stay and lands straight in your own Stripe account. If a guest is entitled to an exemption, they declare it themselves from their panel.
